The Bandits had their home opener on Friday, September 13 and beat the Drumheller Dragons by a score of 5-1 in front of 1702 fans. Bandits power play was hot as they went 3 for 5. Saturday night the Bandits lost a hard fought battle in Okotoks by a score of 2-1 even though the Bandits outshot the Oilers 34-22. The Power Play was not as hot as they went 0 for 7. Scoring the lone goal for the Bandits was Jake Larson, with assists going to Bryce Eviston and Eric Chevrier.
