BROOKS, AB (July 14, 2022) – The Brooks Bandits of the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) have acquired 2003-born forward Caelan Fitzpatrick from the Estevan Bruins of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) in exchange for future considerations.
Fitzpatrick tallied 48 points (28G, 20A) in 57 games during the 2021-22 SJHL season, and appeared in 15 Playoff Games, helping the Bruins secure their first League Championship since 1999.
The 5’11, 185lb forward from Moose Jaw, SK, played his U18 AAA in his hometown prior to his Junior A career, where he was a point-a-game player.
The Niagara University commit (NCAA Division I) had 2 points (1G, 1A) in 4 games at the Centennial Cup in Estevan.
2022-23 Bandits Season Tickets are on sale, with the Exhibition Season opening on August 31. The Regular Season Home Opener is September 16.
