Bandits at 16-0

The Bandits had another strong weekend, beating two top teams from the North division to give them a 16-0 record on the season so far.

Friday night saw the Bonnyville Pontiacs in town.  The Bandits power play dominated this game as they went 5 for 6, beating the Pontiacs 7-2 and outshooting them 33-27.  In net for the win was Michael Fredrick.

Point getters for the night were Cam Maclise and Shane Pilling with 4 assists each, Game Star Patrick Lee with 1G-2A, Maddison Smiley 2G, Anthony Petruzzelli 1G-1A, Anthony Paskaruk, RJ Reed and Mark Reners with 1G each and Dakota Mason with 1A.  Hardest Working Bandit was Cam Maclise.

Saturday night saw the Bandits beating the Spruce Grove Saints 5-3 and outshooting them 29-18.  Michael Fredrick earned his 15th win of the season in net.  Point getters for the Bandits were Anthony Petruzzelli with 2G-1A, Cam Maclise 2A, Anthony Paskaruk, Shane Pilling and Mark Reners with 1G each and Patrick Lee, Dakota Mason and RJ Reed each picking up 1A.

Anthony Petruzzelli earned the game star while Tanner Hicks picked up the Hardest Working Bandit award.

Next home game will be Friday, November 2 vs. the Calgary Mustangs.
