The position is responsible for providing Administrative support to the Manager of Marketing and Community Relations and Accounting support to the Treasurer.
Administrative support involves a wide variety of duties some of which include season ticket administration, assist with organizing functions, attend to Box Office duties, etc.
Accounting support involves the full range of accounting duties some of which includes general ledger balancing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory, etc.
The ideal candidate must possess:
-a positive attitude
-excellent communication skills
-an attention to detail
-working knowledge of Simply Accounting
-working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
