Kicking off this week’s report is Colgate forward Josh McKechney, who has 5 points in his last 5 games, and contributed to both Raider goals in a 2-0 win over Clarkson on Feb 4th.

First, he blocked a shot and set up a breakaway which led to a goal:

Then, he scored the insurance marker for his 2nd multi-point game of the year:

Colgate forward Arnaud Vachon had a game-tying goal on Sat, Feb 6th vs Clarkson, his 3rd of the season:

Switching over to Robert Morris, where a pair of former Bandits continue to get it done for the Colonials. Nick Prkusic and Randy Hernandez are tied for 2nd in team scoring with 20 points.

We’ll start with captain Prkusic, who not only had a multi-point game vs Mercyhurst on Jan 30th, but also is one of the Robert Morris nominees for the Hobey Baker Award. You can vote for Prkusic here:

Then there’s Hernandez. The sniper is 5th in goals by freshmen in the NCAA, and scored his 8th on Feb 5th in a win over Long Island:

Oh, and to top things off, Hernandez won the Atlantic Hockey Rookie of the Month for January, he previously won in November:

St. Cloud State forward Jared Cockrell scored this beauty on Sat, Feb 6th vs Western Michigan, extending his point streak to 3 games:

Nebraska-Omaha defenceman Brandon Scanlin had a 2 point game in a huge 5-4 win over North Dakota on Sat, Jan 30th. Scanlin leads all Mavericks defenceman in scoring with 12 points this season, here the highlights of the game including his two assists:
