Bandits relocate South Final Game 5 to Sparrow Arena

BROOKS, AB (April 1, 2019) – Due to a booking conflict at the Centennial Regional Arena on Friday night, the Brooks Bandits have relocated Game 5 of the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) South Final to the Sparrow Arena in downtown Brooks, the team announced today.

The move was made necessary due to a figure skating competition booked for Friday evening.

The Sparrow Arena has seating for between 100-200 fans, of which approximately half must be reserved for Okotoks fans as per AJHL rules. The remainder will be assigned to ticket purchasers on a lottery basis, with fans being notified if they have been selected to receive tickets by 11am on Friday.

The Bandits would like to thank the City of Brooks for its assistance in finding an acceptable alternate site, and looks forward to a sold out crowd on Friday evening for this pivotal playoff game.
