After another great weekend on the road, the Bandits add two more wins giving them a 14-0 record to date.
Friday night, the Bandits were in Drayton Valley and after a hard fought battle managed to beat the Thunder 2-1 thanks to an outstanding game by goalie Michael Fredrick. For the first time this season the Bandits were outshot by their opponents 31-23. Point getters for the evening were Shane Pilling 1G-1A, Anthony Petruzzelli 1G, Chris Muscoby 1A and Maddison Smiley 1A. With his 30 saves, Michael Fredrick earned the game star.
Then on Saturday night the Bandits travelled to Spruce Grove to take on the Saints and beat them 3-1 after out shooting them 30-19. Michael Fredrick was again in goal for the win. Point getters for the night were Chris Muscoby 1G-1A, Mark Reners 2A, Dakota Mason 1G, Shane Pilling 1G, Cam Maclise 1A and Taylor Makin 1A. The game star went to Mark Reners.
