One of the newest members of the Brooks Bandits organization appears to be perfect fit for the job of head trainer.
Amy Mausser loves sports and began pursuing her career right out of high school in Kitchener, Ontario.
She attended Sheridan College where she graduated with a four-year Applied Bachelor of Health Sciences. with a certificate in athletic therapy.
“I love sports. I was a big athlete growing up. I liked helping people. Those are the two biggest things. I was looking for a career where I could accomplish both.”
She initially considered physiotherapy as a career. But she found an athletic therapy program that was much more geared to helping athletes.
