BROOKS, AB (October 12, 2018) – The Brooks Bandits and Hass Wealth Advisory Group are partnering this season to raise funds for the Brooks & District Health Foundation in a new promotion at home games.
For every save made by a Bandits goaltender at a game at the Centennial Regional Arena this year, Hass Wealth Advisory Group will donate $4 to the Health Foundation.
So far, through three regular season home games, the 66 saves posted by Bandit goalie Pierce Charleson have already pushed the running total to $264 for the season.
“We wanted to come alongside and support a charity that impacts everyone in Brooks and the surrounding area,” said Shawn Hass, Vice President & Portfolio Manager. “The Health Foundation does a great job deploying the dollars they raise.”
Fans will be able to keep track of the running total through announcements at home games and on the Bandits’ website and social media feeds.
